Meet Rhegina Sinozich.

Rhegina Sinozich is an international motivational speaker, experiential coach, author, and workshop facilitator. A provoker of excellence, she works with people to bring them back into the fullness of their true selves.

She is the author of Plug Yourself Into the Frequency of Happiness (2008), Balloon to the Moon: a Guide to Vibrant Living (2001), Balloon to the Moon Behind Bars: a Prisoner's Guide to Vibrant Living (2006), the ebook 7 Steps to Any Goal, and a series of guided meditation CDs, including The Manifesting Trio. She has written a variety of newspaper and magazine articles and has been interviewed on radio talk shows including Shirley MacLaines's Independent Expressions Radio.

Rhegina has worked in a variety of settings from inpatient hospitals to community health centers and has gone into the woods with groups of inner-city children. She maintained a private psychotherapy practice for over 20 years dedicated to authentic and creative living.

More recently Rhegina's work has taken her swimming with wild dolphins, ziplining in Costa Rica, trekking through Machu Picchu and leading firewalks as she has facilitated her soulventures for those who are ready to expand and transform.

From investigating child abuse allegations to empowering people from all walks of life to leading meditations on wind swept beaches, Rhegina brings a unique blend of warmth and fervor to her work. What her students call her "realness" and her deep compassion make her accessible to the wide variety of people her life touches.

Rhegina tells us that everyone she meets is Spirit in disguise and as such is one of her wisest teachers. She has college degrees including a Masters of Social Work but she tells us her greatest teachers have been the unconventional, informal ones--her daughter, a leaf, a cloud, a turtle rock, her higher self, other dimensions, her dogs; "it's a long list" she says with a twinkle in her eye.
