Every day starts off with the best of intentions. Well, maybe not every day, but hopefully a good number of them.
We’re no dummies—we’ve read the articles, we know the science. A calm and centered mind thrives. It creates the most incredible lives.
But before we even get out the front door the laptop is lighting up with new email and there are voicemails to return and the dogs need to go out and the car hasn’t been washed in—is it possible, could it be a year?—and there are groceries to buy for tonight’s dinner and there are dreams to be dreamed and places to go and people to see….. and oh my… it’s exhausting.
And somehow, before we even have our first sip of coffee for crying out loud, the sprawl of life steps in and squeezes the life right out of those oh so well intended intentions.
So, when was the last time you got very still and closed your eyes and totally relaxed and went inside and checked in with your intuition?
When was the last time you let your imagination wander through fields of wild flowers and settle under a tree gazing at a waterfall?
When was the last time you let the magic of your inner knowing shine through every window of your life?
I know, there’s a lot to be done. But there’s so much more that can be done when you’re reconnected with that universal field of possibility that lives inside you. So much more that can be done in such a delicious way!
So how about right now? Turn everything off and take 20 minutes.
22 minutes and 10 seconds to be exact! I promise you those minutes will pay you back tenfold—that’s how it works.
One of my favorite guided meditations is the Waterfall mediation from my Opening to the Possibilities CD. I’m going to upload it for you, right now, for FREE.
So go for it! It’s my gift to you; yours for the taking.
